Grilled Pork Ramen
This delicious grilled pork ramen is packed with flavor and perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Soft-boiled eggs - 2
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Baby bok choy - 2 heads, halved
- Ramen noodles - 2 packs
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Mirin - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Pork tenderloin - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork tenderloin for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into thin strips.
- In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth to the pot and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot with the chicken broth, add the halved baby bok choy and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls. Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
- Top the ramen with grilled pork slices, sliced green onions, soft-boiled eggs, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
