Grilled Halibut
This grilled halibut recipe features fresh halibut fillets marinated in a flavorful mixture of herbs, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Halibut fillets - 4 (6 oz each)

- In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
