Grilled Corn on the Cob with Garlic Butter

- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 1/2 cup, softened
- Corn on the cob - 4 ears

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Peel back the husks of the corn, but leave them attached at the base.
- Remove the silk from the corn and rinse under cold water.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
- Pull the husks back up over the corn and tie with kitchen twine to secure.
