Grilled Cheese with Ham and Mustard
This delicious grilled cheese sandwich is made with melted cheese, savory ham, and tangy mustard.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Ham slices - 4
- Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
- Bread slices - 4
Let's Get Started
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of each bread slice.
- Place a slice of cheese on the mustard side of two bread slices.
- Top the cheese with two slices of ham on each bread slice.
- Place another slice of cheese on top of the ham.
- Cover with the remaining bread slices, mustard side down.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
