Ingredients - Serves 4
- Lemon - 1, zested and juiced
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill, and chives) - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, softened
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Bluefish fillets - 4 (6 ounce)
