Grilled Asparagus with Hollandaise
This is a simple yet elegant side dish. Grilled asparagus is topped with a light and creamy hollandaise sauce.

- Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup, melted
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Egg yolks - 3
- Salt and pepper - To taste

- Asparagus - 1 bunch
