Green Beans with Pine Nuts and Parmesan

Let's Get Started

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, toast the pine nuts over medium heat until golden, about 3 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the cooked green beans to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic oil. Season with salt and pepper.
