- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Mushrooms - 1 cup, sliced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Green beans - 1 pound, trimmed
