Green Bean and Bacon Skewers

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to cool. Drain and pat dry.
  3. Cut each bacon slice in half crosswise.
  4. Wrap a bacon slice around a green bean and thread onto a skewer. Repeat with the remaining green beans and bacon.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Brush the olive oil mixture onto the bacon-wrapped green beans.
  7. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the green beans are tender.
  8. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
