Ingredients - Serves 4
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup
- Red onion - 1, cut into chunks
- Green bell pepper - 1, cut into chunks

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tempeh - 8 ounces, cut into cubes
