Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Red onion - 1, thinly sliced
- Cucumber - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Pita bread - 4 pieces
- Lamb or chicken - 1 pound, thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Greek yogurt - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well to make the tzatziki sauce.
