- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Xanthan gum - 1 teaspoon
- Gluten-free all-purpose flour - 3 cups
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Warm water - 1 cup
- Gluten-free sourdough starter - 1 cup

- In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter, warm water, honey, and olive oil.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for 2-3 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
