  3. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for a few seconds until it becomes soft and pliable.

  8. To make the peanut dipping sauce, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and water in a small bowl until smooth.
  9. Serve the spring rolls with the peanut dipping sauce and garnish with crushed peanuts.
