  8. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked rice, cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, and the prepared sauce. Mix well to combine.
  9. Sprinkle the dairy-free cheese evenly over the casserole.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
