Gluten Free Black Bean and Quinoa Burgers
These delicious gluten-free black bean and quinoa burgers are packed with protein and flavor.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Mayonnaise (gluten-free) - 4 tablespoons
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Gluten-free burger buns - 4
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Red onion - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Gluten-free breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- Black beans - 1 can, drained and rinsed
- Cooked quinoa - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher.
- Add the cooked quinoa, gluten-free breadcrumbs, red onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
