Glazed Parsnips
Sweet, tender parsnips glazed with honey and orange, a perfect side dish for any meal.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Orange juice - Juice of 1 orange
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Parsnips - 1 kg, peeled and sliced
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) mark 6.
- Place the parsnips in a large roasting tin and dot with the butter. Drizzle over the honey and orange juice, then season with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the parsnips are tender and caramelised, stirring occasionally to ensure they cook evenly.
- Serve the glazed parsnips hot, as a side dish to your main course.
