Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and water. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1/2 inch in diameter.
  3. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the glutinous rice balls and cook until they float to the surface. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. In a separate pot, bring coconut milk to a simmer. Add pandan leaves and let it infuse for 5 minutes.
  5. Add sweet potatoes and cook until tender.
  6. Add bananas, tapioca pearls, brown sugar, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  7. Add the cooked glutinous rice balls to the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. Remove pandan leaves before serving.
  9. Serve hot or chilled. Enjoy!
