- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Extra firm tofu - 1 block, pressed and cubed

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
- Add the cubed tofu to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Spread the tofu out on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tofu is golden and crispy.
