Garlic Greens and Chickpea Stir Fry

- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Mixed greens - 4 cups, chopped
- Chickpeas - 1 can, drained and rinsed
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
