Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the bacon and sausages on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
  3. While the bacon and sausages are cooking, heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms. Cook until golden brown and tender, then set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the halved tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until slightly softened. Set aside.
  5. In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your desired doneness, either sunny-side up or over-easy.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat the baked beans over low heat until warmed through.
  7. Toast the bread slices and spread with butter.
  8. Once everything is cooked, assemble the full English breakfast on a plate. Serve the bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs, baked beans, and toast together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
