Full English Breakfast
A hearty and traditional English breakfast featuring eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, and toast.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Bread - 4 slices
- Tomatoes - 2, halved
- Mushrooms - 4 large, sliced
- Canned baked beans - 1 cup
- Eggs - 4
- Sausages - 4
- Bacon - 4 slices
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the bacon and sausages on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
- While the bacon and sausages are cooking, heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms. Cook until golden brown and tender, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add the halved tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until slightly softened. Set aside.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your desired doneness, either sunny-side up or over-easy.
- In a small saucepan, heat the baked beans over low heat until warmed through.
- Toast the bread slices and spread with butter.
- Once everything is cooked, assemble the full English breakfast on a plate. Serve the bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs, baked beans, and toast together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
