Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft, about 15 seconds.
  2. Lay the softened wrapper flat on a clean surface. In the center of the wrapper, place a small amount of lettuce, carrots, cucumber, mint, cilantro, and shrimp.
  3. Fold the bottom of the wrapper up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
