Flygande Jakob is a popular Swedish dish made with chicken, bacon, bananas, peanuts, and cream.

Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
- Wrap each chicken piece with a slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Place the bacon-wrapped chicken pieces in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, slice the bananas into thin rounds.
