  3. Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook the fiskefrikadeller for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with a side of remoulade sauce or tartar sauce.
