- Lemon wedges - For serving
- Tartar sauce - For serving
- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Breadcrumbs - 2 cups
- Eggs - 2, beaten
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Clam strips - 1 cup
- Sea scallops - 12
- Large shrimp - 12, peeled and deveined
- White fish fillets - 4 (6 ounce)
Let's Get Started
- Pat the seafood dry with paper towels.
- Dredge the seafood in the flour, shaking off any excess, then dip in the beaten eggs, and coat in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
