  1. Pat the seafood dry with paper towels.
  2. Dredge the seafood in the flour, shaking off any excess, then dip in the beaten eggs, and coat in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the seafood in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side for the fish, 2-3 minutes per side for the shrimp and scallops, and 1-2 minutes for the clam strips.
  5. Drain the fried seafood on paper towels.
