A delightful seafood medley that's perfect for a family dinner or a casual get-together. It includes a variety of seafood, fried to perfection and served with a tangy tartar sauce.

- Breadcrumbs - 2 cups
- Eggs - 2, beaten
- Flour - 1 cup
- Scallops - 8
- Squid rings - 1 cup
- Large prawns - 8
- White fish fillets - 4
Let's Get Started
- Prepare the seafood by patting it dry with a paper towel.
- Dredge the seafood in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
