  1. Cut a small hole in each block of tofu and scoop out some of the tofu to create a pocket.
  2. In a bowl, mix the fish roe, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each tofu block with the fish roe mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed tofu blocks in a steamer and steam for about 15 minutes, or until the tofu is heated through and the fish roe is cooked.
  5. Serve the fish roe stuffed tofu hot with some extra soy sauce on the side.
