  2. Place each snapper fillet on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Drizzle the fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  4. Top each fillet with cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place a few lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  6. Fold the foil over the fish and vegetables, sealing the edges to create a packet.
  7. Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Carefully open the packets (watch out for steam) and serve the fish with the vegetables and juices from the packet.
