Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pan, fry the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, fry the sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, scramble the eggs. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  5. Add the cooked beans to the pan and mix well.
  6. Gradually add the manioc flour, stirring constantly until well combined.
  7. Add the bacon, sausage, and scrambled eggs back into the pan. Mix well.
  8. Add the chopped collard greens and cook until wilted.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve hot.
