- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Eggs - 4
- Breakfast sausage or bacon - 1 cup, cooked and crumbled
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Bell pepper - 1, diced
- Onion - 1 medium, diced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Country potatoes - 2 cups, diced
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the country potatoes and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes.
