Let's Get Started

  1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the escamoles to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes, until they start to become crispy.
  3. Add the minced garlic, chopped chilies, and epazote to the pan. Continue to sauté for another 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the escamoles with guacamole and warm tortillas.
