Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the fish cakes in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the fish cakes, onion, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, soy sauce, gochujang, sugar, and sesame oil.
  4. Pour the sauce over the fish cakes and vegetables in the pan. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes, until the sauce is well absorbed.
  5. Add the chopped green onion and stir-fry for another minute.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
