Ingredients - Serves 4
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Red chili sauce - 2 cups
- Corn tortillas - 12
- Chicken breasts - 2, cooked and shredded
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Dip each corn tortilla in the red chili sauce to coat both sides.
- Place a spoonful of shredded chicken in the center of each tortilla and roll it up tightly.
