Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter and swirl to coat the bottom of the skillet.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the batter into the skillet, tilting the skillet to spread the batter evenly.
  4. Cook until the bottom is lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Flip the pancake and cook until the other side is lightly browned, about 1 minute more.
  5. Transfer the pancake to a plate and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
  6. Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar and serve with lemon wedges.
