Egg White Frittata with Spinach

- Feta cheese - 1/2 cup, crumbled
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh spinach - 2 cups, chopped
- Egg whites - 8
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg whites over the spinach mixture in the skillet. Sprinkle with the feta cheese.
