Edamame Veggie Wrap
A healthy and delicious wrap filled with edamame, fresh vegetables, and a tangy dressing.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Sesame dressing - 2 tablespoons
- Hummus - 4 tablespoons
- Whole grain wraps - 2
- Spinach leaves - 1 cup
- Cucumber - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 1, grated
- Edamame - 1 cup, shelled and cooked
Let's Get Started
- Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on each wrap.
- Divide the edamame, carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, and spinach leaves evenly between the two wraps.
- Drizzle each wrap with 1 tablespoon of sesame dressing.
- Roll up the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
