Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter in it.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the batter into the skillet and swirl it around to cover the bottom of the skillet.
  4. Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is golden and the top is set.
  5. Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the other side is golden.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
  7. Serve the pancakes warm, dusted with powdered sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice.
