Let's Get Started

  1. In a pot, heat the soy milk until it is hot but not boiling.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the gypsum powder and cornstarch with water until there are no lumps.
  3. Slowly pour the hot soy milk into the gypsum mixture, stirring constantly.
  4. Cover the mixture and let it sit for about an hour until it solidifies into a soft jelly.
  5. Cut the tofu jelly into small pieces and serve with sugar syrup to taste.
