Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the rice cakes in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, add the gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add the rice cakes and fish cakes to the pan. Stir to coat them in the sauce.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, or until the rice cakes are soft and the sauce has thickened.
  5. Add the green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve the ddukbokki in a bowl, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
