Dark Chocolate Espresso Brownies
These rich and fudgy brownies are infused with espresso and topped with a layer of dark chocolate ganache.

- Dark chocolate ganache - 1 cup
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Espresso powder - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

- Granulated sugar - 1 1/2 cups
- Dark chocolate - 8 ounces, chopped
- Unsalted butter - 1 cup

- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and dark chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth.
