Curried Green Beans
A flavorful side dish of green beans tossed in a spicy curry sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Curry powder - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Green beans - 1 pound, trimmed
Let's Get Started
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the curry powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until the spices are well blended.
