Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Granulated sugar - 1 cup
- Whole milk - 4 cups
- Cinnamon stick - 1
- Water - 2 cups
- Long grain white rice - 1 cup
