- Thyme - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Apple cider - 2 cups
- Black pepper - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 2 tablespoons
- Pork belly - 1 kg

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Score the skin of the pork belly and rub with salt and pepper.
