Crispy Lemon Chicken

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken broth - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemons - 2, juiced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Panko breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2, beaten
- Flour - 1 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chicken breasts - 4, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and coat in panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
