  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat.
  4. Brush the pan with melted butter.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and swirl it around to evenly coat the bottom.
  6. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
  7. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
