- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Potatoes - 4 large, peeled and diced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, diced
- Bacon - 4 slices
Let's Get Started
- Cook the bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the grease in the pot.
- Add the onion to the pot and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
