Ingredients - Serves 6
- Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- Cheese - 1 cup, grated
- Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Milk - 2 cups
- Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Cabbage - 1 medium, chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cabbage, onion, and garlic and cook until the cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the sauce is thick and creamy.
