  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk. Add the sugar, butter, eggs, salt, and 2 cups of the flour. Mix until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the remaining flour to form a soft dough. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the softened cream cheese over the dough and sprinkle with the cinnamon.
  5. Roll up the dough tightly from the long side and cut into 12 slices. Place the slices in a greased baking pan, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. While the rolls are baking, mix together the powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla extract to make the frosting.
  8. Remove the rolls from the oven and let cool slightly before spreading with the frosting.
