Cranberry Almond Green Beans

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Almonds - 1/2 cup, sliced and toasted
- Dried cranberries - 1/2 cup
- Green beans - 1 pound, trimmed
