Crab Cake Burger
A delicious and hearty seafood twist on the classic burger, made with fresh crab meat and topped with a tangy remoulade sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Remoulade sauce - To taste
- Tomato - 4 slices
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Buns - 4
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1
- Old bay seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Crab meat - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, egg, and bread crumbs. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a crab cake, a slice of tomato, and a dollop of remoulade sauce. Cover with the top half of the bun.
- Serve immediately.
