Country Potato Latkes
These crispy, savory potato pancakes are a classic Jewish dish often served during Hanukkah.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Eggs - 2, beaten
- Onion - 1 large, finely chopped
- Potatoes - 4 large, peeled and grated
